9:30am - Duathlon Start
The race begins at Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital with a 3 mile trail run along the Mississippi River and through the Forest History Center logging camp, continues with a 10 mile paved bike course and a 3 mile trail run. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged at: http://www.midwestevents.us/event/1518
Awards ceremony will be held immediately after the race at Grand Itasca. Awards will go to the top overall male and female, the top three finishers male and female in each age group and the top three team finishers. Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
